How to Order

New Customer

For your very first order, there is no need to create a customer account before you begin. You will have the opportunity to do so during the checkout process - or if you prefer, you can continue as a Guest.

Select items to add to your shopping cart and choose "checkout" when ready then "Continue as a Guest"

You will then be required to fill in your billing information and choose if you wish your package to be delivered to your billing address or an alternate address other than the billing address.

**Please note, that the billing address must correspond to the address associated with the method of payment that you choose or your payment will not be approved.

Select a shipping method. 

When you reach the payment page you will be given various payment options. Choose your method of payment (Visa, Mastercard or Paypal) and complete your purchase. Your payment will be authorized, but not captured until your order is ready to be shipped. 

Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address which will contain your order ID and details of your order. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours and will ship out on the next business day within that period.

At this point, you will have the option to create an account if you wish. If you choose to create an account with us, you will then receive a confirmation email that your account is now active.

**Creating an account will facilitate all future orders by populating all fields for a quicker checkout.

Your credit card will be charged automatically when your order ships out. You will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has shipped with the method of shipment and the tracking number if applicable.
 
If you have registered on the site, you will have the ability to view the status of your order by logging into "My Account" on the homepage.
 

Repeat Customer

Simply log into 'My Account" on the homepage or begin by selecting the items to add to your shopping cart.

When you are ready to checkout, you will be asked if you wish to Log in (using your previously created password) or Continue as a Guest. If you choose to Log in, you will save time as your all your previous information will have been saved.

You agree to provide a valid shipping address and to update the information when necessary. 

You agree that are of the age of majority in your state or province and are legally responsible for all charges, including the cost of the item(s) you've purchased, as well as any taxes, duty, customs charges and shipping.
